1. Order Process
- Contact about commissions are dealt through Discord or Telegram.
- Reference sheets are highly appreciated!
- Extra art, references, and poses are recommended.
- Artist has the right to refuse commission, issue a refund, or cancel if uncomfortable with completing the request. Reasons may include disturbing content, client displaying rude conduct, poor communication, or if the client is a minor.2. Payment Process
- Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Payment is upfront through PayPal. Please have your PayPal email ready for invoice.3. Commission Process
- Commissions typically take 1-3 weeks to completion. Ask about deadline if urgent.
- Edits are allowed except when deemed excessive (More than 3).
- Feel free to ask about the process, updates, or for general inquiries.4. Final Product
- Art produced is for Personal Use, any Commercial Use should be discussed before purchase.
- Client may post artwork but may not remove watermark.
- Subsequent exports are free such as removing or adding add-ons already paid for. Add-ons and Alts not previously bought will have to be paid for separately. Extra exports are always available until original psd file is lost.5. Refunds/Cancellations
- If the sketching stage hasn't started yet, refund for 100%
- During the sketching phase, refunds are 65% of total payment.
- Once completed sketch, flats, or render are given, refunds will not be available.
